सबका स्केल समान नहीं होता है। क्यूंकि सबकी आवाज़ अलग होती है। सबका अपना आवाज़ का एक रेंज होता है जिसके अंदर ही गाना गाया जाता है। आपको सिर्फ खुद के स्केल पर ही रियाज़ करना चाहिए। हर स्केल में सारे स्वर होते हैं।
शुरू में
शुरुआत के कुछ महीने सिर्फ शुद्ध स्वरों पर ही पलटा/अलंकार का रियाज़ किया कीजिएगा। जब राग सीखना शुरू हो जाए तब राग के थाट पर पलटा अलंकार का अभ्यास करना सही होता है।
