Holding notes are very important to correct your voice. Holding notes for Riyaz is very important for those whose voice shakes a lot. To keep your voice in tune, to make the voice harmonious, to bring sweetness in the voice, the Riyaz of holdings notes are very important.

Practice

Whenever we sit down to practice singing, we start with Riyaz of Holding Notes. In this Riyaz, we take full breaths on every single note and practice. It is very important for every tune is straight in this Riyaz. After this practice, we do Palta or Alankar’ Riyaz.

We can do Riyaz of holding notes in all three octaves. But there are some rules to practice holding notes in the beginning. The video given below is very well explained and the holdings of the notes are given as riyaz.

अपने आवाज़ को सही बनाने के लिए

अपने आवाज़ को सही बनाने के लिए होल्डिंग नोट्स का रियाज़ बहुत जरूरी है। जिनकी आवाज बहुत हिलती है उनके लिए होल्डिंग नोट्स का रियाज बहुत जरूरी है। अपनी आवाज को सुर में रखना हो, आवाज को सुरीला बनाना हो, आवाज में मिठास लाना हो तो होल्डिंग नोट्स का रियाज बहुत आवश्यक है।

अभ्यास

जब भी हम लोग गायकी का अभ्यास करने बैठते हैं तो होल्डिंग नोट्स के रियाज से ही शुरू करते हैं। इस रियाज में हम लोग हर एक सुर पर पूरी सांस लगा कर ठहराव के साथ गायकी का अभ्यास करते हैं। इस रियाज में हर सुर का सीधा होना बहुत जरूरी है। इसके अभ्यास के बाद हम लोग पलटा अलंकार का रियाज करते हैं।

होल्डिंग नोट्स का रियाज हम लोग तीनों सप्तक में कर सकते हैं। पर शुरुआत में होल्डिंग नोट्स का अभ्यास करने के कुछ नियम है। नीचे दिए गए वीडियो में बहुत अच्छी तरह समझाया गया है और होल्डिंग नोट्स का रियाज बताया गया है।
